• Worked directly with former CIOs Charlie Feld and Tom Nealon in creating presentations given to the executive board of client companies, detailing the current state of their approach to Information Technology.

• Assisted former CTO Stan Alexander in problem solving and troubleshooting technological issues with clients of the Institute.

• Studied and applied Charlie Feld’s model for IT optimization and efficiency that focuses on assessing current state, creating a future state, and implementing a gap plan to bridge the two.

• Worked on designing a maintainable system in which the information of past clients, such as Coca-Cola, Southwest Airlines, and Bank of Montreal, could be accessed and reused when needed.

• Became skilled in creating information graphics in both PowerPoint and Adobe illustrator.

• Teamed with business architects to recreate their ideas in digital, visual, and editable formats.
